Please complete the exhibitor application form and send in with payment.

Exhibitor Registration: TBA

Registration for exhibitors will be held on the 3rd floor of the Convention Center. A separate area for exhibitors will be designated. Each nametag will state your company or organization name, rather than the names of individual representatives for those groups who have members who will be working in shifts. Please remember to pass on your name badge should this apply to you.

Exhibitor Shipping Information

Please read and download the following information for exhibitor shipping. We suggest you give at least 7 days to ship packages from the mainland. Business Center Shipping Order Form

Transportation and Getting Around

Should you be staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, there are numerous taxis from the hotel site. At the Convention Center there is a golf cart with a designated driver to help get people around. Please inquire at the registration desk to use this service if you need to move materials.

High Speed Internet Services

Please contact the Pacific DirectConnect if you need high speed Internet Service or related technologies and cable lines. Attached is the Internet Order Form. The conference will provide basic wireless service in all rooms. High Speed Internet Services Order Form

Cable TV and Telecommunications

The Hawaii Convention Center/AEG is the exclusive provider of telecommunication services within its facilities. This includes all exhibit halls. meeting rooms. exterior areas and temporary structures. All requirements for telecommunication and labor to install, connect, repair of equipment or distribute lines are to be completed by HCC/AEG personnel.
