Info for Presenters
Topical Presentations
Topical Presentations are 30 Minute Presentations. TWO timed presentations will be grouped according to like topics. Each presentation will receive approximately 25 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes of discussion, within a 60 minute time slot.
Questions and discussion are welcomed at the end of the entire session. Topical Presentations are an opportunity for a brief presentation of recent findings and information combined with informal discussion between the presenters and the audience.
PowerPoint and overhead presentations are welcomed but each presentation must adhere to the given timeframe so as to be considerate of your fellow presenters. Please remember that signs or banners are not to be hung on the walls in any of the meeting rooms.
