Info for Presenters
Audio-Visual Info
This year Pac Rim will be providing LCD’s, Laptops, & Screens in each Breakout Room at no charge to the Presenters. Should your presentation require anything additional such as an overhead projector, flipchart, 35mm Slide Projector, TV, VCR, CD Player, Etc., the Presenter(s) needing such equipment must make their own arrangements with the on-site AV vendor as well as pay for any related costs for the use of that equipment. Please contact Charmaine Crockett to make arrangements for additional AV equipment at your cost. Be sure to have the date(s), time(s) and room in which you will be presenting available for Steve to help him to service your needs.
We do require that the Conference Organizers be made aware of any additional AV ordered so that we can help insure that you have received what you ordered and paid for.
Audio Visual Equipment
Audio-visual equipment must be requested by TBA as requests made after this time may be charged at a higher rate and availability may be limited.
Please consult with any co-presenters and request only the necessary items.
