The purpose of this Capacity Building Institute (CBI) is
to increase the knowledge and skills of attendees who have an interest in improving postsecondary access and participation for individuals with
intellectual disabilities. This workshop is recommended for community college and university faculty, disability support personnel, high-school
personnel, vocational rehabilitation counselors, special education teachers and transition coordinators, administrators, persons with disabilities, and
