Set-up Information
All exhibits will be held in Room 311 at the Hawaii Convention Center (please see map as well as instructions for exhibitor move-in procedures).
Exhibitors can begin setting up at 9am on Sunday May 3 in Room 311. All packages/materials should be sent to the Hawaii Convention Center to Room 311 (please see Exhibitor Shipping Information).
If you require an electrical outlet for your exhibit table, please notify Valerie Shearer at vshearer@hawaii.edu.
All exhibits must be taken down by 5pm on Tuesday May 5.
