Autism

The Pacific Rim Conference program on Autism seeks proposals from persons interested in presenting evidence-based research on methods of screening, assessing, and providing effective interventions for children with autism. Submissions are particularly encouraged on effective methods of developing social competence in children and youth. Proposals are welcomed that describe effective support services for families. Other areas of interest include the provision of services to persons with autism across the age span. This topic area will feature noted speakers, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and poster display/presentations.
