Dr. Kame‘enui will discuss the legal, conceptual, pedagogical, technical and empirical challenges in designing and delivering Response to Intervention (RTI). In doing so, he will explore what it means to teach all children while also ensuring that each child’s unique individual needs are being met in a complex host environment known as schools.
