Conference Strands
Pac Rim 2004 conference strands have a special focus on topics of importance and current trends to the Pacific Rim area. Strands reflect changing perspectives on disabilities from building communities to valuing diversity and support for all persons. This year we are encouraging proposals in the following areas:

We are especially excited to introduce a new strand this year, called Body, Mind and Spirit. Integrating these three aspects of each one of us is not new, but having it as a strand theme is innovative, and maybe even bold! We hope you will consider submitting a proposal for this strand so that we may achieve our goal of a stimulating, challenging, and rewarding experience for conference participants.
