Exhibitor Registration and Transportation
Please fill in the attached registration form (PDF Format) and send in with payment no later than TBA.
Monday, April 29, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday, April 30, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
Registration will be held the 2nd floor of the Convention Center. A separate area for exhibitors will be designated. Each nametag will state your company or organization name, rather than the names of individual representatives for those groups who have members who will be working in shifts. Please remember to pass on your name badge should this apply to you.
A dedicated Exhibit Coordinator will be available for your assistance during the conference.
Should you be staying at the Modern Honolulu, conference buses will leave in front of the hotel every 20 minutes from 7:00 am – 9:00 am. They will return to the hotel from the convention center in late afternoon every 20 minutes. For those of you staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Modern Honolulu is a five minute walk.
Also at the Convention Center there is a golf cart with a designated driver to help get people around. Please inquire at the registration desk to use this service.
